This month our Vice President, David Kniffin, will lead an informal and non-didactical discussion “Meditation – Am I doing this Right?”

Many of us are bogged down by the practice – some overwhelmed, some discouraged, many lost and wondering why they ever bothered to take on this slippery endeavor to begin with. This process could be simplified and presented as less exalted and more manageable. David will point out some of the major obstacles to effective meditation through his personal experience and offer a few ways to view meditation differently that might make it more efficient and effective.
