Please join us this Sunday from 7:30pm to 9:00pm for our monthly Lecture and Discussion series. This month Sr. Sharifa Vernice Meytung will present “Crystal Clear Meditation”.

Do you have some colorful crystals perhaps laying decoratively around your home? Or have you seen them at a yoga or meditation studio? Perhaps you’re already familiar with the “qi” energy that Chinese medicine ascribes to crystals. Crystals are much more than pretty stones. They can also expand your meditation practice and become a powerful tool to support your journey. Philadelphia Buddhist Association board member, Sr. Sharifa Vernice Meytung will discuss and demonstrate how using a chosen crystal while meditating can create more focus and peace in your practice and in your life.
