Please join us for a unique opportunity to learn a very simple but powerful yoga practice proven to improve memory, concentration and mental clarity, as well as relieving stress and anxiety and help strengthen the spine. No prior yoga experience is necessary. A yoga mat will be helpful, though not necessary. This session is brought to you by the Isha Foundation, aimed to bring well-being to everyone through yoga and meditation and is offered free of charge.
