PBA Day Long Intensive Silent Retreat
When: Saturday, May 6th, 9am to 3:30pm, with half hour lunch at 11:45AM
Pre-registration is required: Participants may choose to come for only morning or afternoon, or stay for the entire retreat. Please contact Julianna Lipschutz at firstname.lastname@example.org to register and include the following information in your email.

Sitting preference: chair or cushion or both.
This day long silent retreat is intended to create a sacred space where one can deepen their practice, let go of all worries, and just sit to reflect within for one day. It will be in a format of 25 minutes of sitting meditation alternating with 10 minutes of walking meditation. Please arrive around 10-15 minutes early to get settled. Tea will be provided but no coffee or snacks. Please bring your own lunch.
No one will be turned away. No cost, though free-will dana to support the activities of PBA is appreciated.
